Although the Blog hasn't been kept up to date it doesn't mean life stopped, I have been posting much of what we have been up to on Instagram, its been quick and easy instead of hours posting here. But maybe its time for a quick update from the past 11 months.
Rain from the start of the year doing some good and bad. While it did garden is great it caused problems such as seen here.
One of the most exciting for me was being assessed to regain my License. Having passed and been issued with a new Learners License, all the irritating hassels with NDIS (never ending).
Thanks to my Occupational Therapist Rachael from Recovery Road, Alex from On Road Training, Andy from Alternative Mobility for use of his vehicles during the assessment a 2015 Impressa and TD5 VW Multivan, both equipped with hand controls suited to my present needs. My legs and feet just need lots of work before going back to full ability.
We did capture a short video after 11 years of not driving behind the wheel I felt right at home sort of, feet and legs still wanting to use peddles.
New side access gates installed.
Produce from the gardens all Sue's handy work.
